  • How do I know if my order is successful?

Upon the successful completion of your order, you can expect to receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of your purchase. In case you haven't received this confirmation, please review your order summary in your "Account" (if you have an account) or check your email junk folder. Alternatively, you may contact us at customercare@vertino.my for further assistance.

 

  • Is it possible to make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, for security reasons, our customer service team cannot accommodate any amendments once your order has been confirmed. The rapid pace of our warehouse operations is aimed at promptly shipping your parcels upon confirmation, making it challenging for our customer service team to keep up and make modifications. Please note that if an order is canceled, we do not provide a cash refund. Instead, we offer a refund in the form of a credit note, which is valid for 30 days.

  • How to pay?

Please note that, currently, our online payment option on the website is unavailable. To proceed with the payment, you can either transfer the amount to the provided bank account and use your order as the transaction remark, or conveniently scan the QR code using TNG for a swift payment process. After making the payment, ensure to upload the transaction proof to the designated area on the website for verification.

  • How long does it typically take to dispatch items after payment?

Vertino processes your order within 24 hours and ships it in the next 24 hours. Your item will be delivered to your doorstep in the next 1-2 days (GDEX) / 3-8 working days (International). To check the status of your order, log into your account, click "Account" at the top right-hand corner of the webpage, and then click on your order number.
